For hot drinks, add the powder to cold milk and then heat using your favourite milk heating method (ie, steam wand or electronic steamer). The powder mix contains real white chocolate bits, so if you mix it cold you will notice some solid particles. We think this is a good thing because you get to finish that part of your drink off with a spoon.

Alternatively, to enjoy the 'Swiss Latte' experience at home add the hot drinking powder to your espresso coffee prior to adding milk.
Microwave Instructions:
Add 30grams or 2 heaped tablespoons of White Chocolate Flavoured Powder to milk and microwave for 1 minute, 30 secs on high. Stir and enjoy.
